Nama Harumaki

Nama Harumaki

This is our dinner for tonight.

I think you guys have ever tried harumaki in your own country.

It is spring roll in English. Popular as far in Japan.

But, most of spring roll is deepfried in Japan, what I ate tonight is different.

Well, harumaki means spring roll, what "nama" means?

"Nama" means raw in English.

Yes, this is raw-springroll.

As you see in above photos, ingredients are various.

Just roll ingredients you prefer, and dip into sweet sauce and eat them.

I thought it is Thai foods, but according to the package of sauce, it's vietnamese cuisine.

I like it!!

Yeah, I think this type of spring roll is Vietnamese. I like it cause it's so fresh when it is not fried.
