Udon
Today my mum cooked hot Udon.
Because the autumn comes in Japan(begins end of September usually) and climate is getting cooler that before.
I ate Udon for lunch today and tonight. But I still want toeat it tomorrow :p
Udon tastes so simple, so Dashi and ingredients are most important.
I love Udon with chicken and burdock. Have you ever tried it? Recommeded!

Do you know Philippines's pancit mami?
Yeah japanese dashi is clear color. i'm not sure if I have ever tried pancit mami but I like all pancit(bcoz I like noodles) except pancit lomi(the very tight noodle).
