Squid and Fried Chicken w/ Chili Sauce


This is side dish served with beer tonight.

Spicy food is really great with beer! I can't live without beer.

I'm not good at cook but it's so simple to cook.

You just need prepare

1, 2 table spoon of soy sauce
2, 2 table spoon of soy Japanese Sake(rice wine)
3, 2 table spoon of sugar
4, 6 table spoon of ketchup
5, A little bit chopped garlic and ginger

Put these into pan and heat up for a while.

Add any seafood or meat you like and mix them well in the pan.

If you like, you may add chopped onion spring as well.

These days, side dish for beer is prior to dinner for me...
