Potato tempura

Potato tempura

Tempura again.

I think I eat tempura twice or 3 times in a week these days.

As I described, I often eat vegetable tempura.

Next time I will introduce Pumpkin tempura. It is my favorite vegetable tempura.

I was used to eat it in Philippines cooked by myself, and my all of my friends said "Yummy!" when they eat it.

Hi just peel the potatos and deepfly like this.
Potatos in Philippines are same as Japanese potatos, so you can make great potato tempura with it.
But you may need to buy tempura sauce in Japanese grocery near your home. Can you read Kanji?

Hi Maria
I apologize that I forgot to modifying to specified post:(
You can go to "Ebi japanese grill" in Manila!
Have you ever been there? Ebi tempura is delicious there but tempura sauce is not...
I think you should dip it into soy sauce there.
